I'm a big fan of tools that make it easy to get stuff done. This is my typical work stack.
Notion is my brain off-loaded
Whimsical is great for wireframing
Uizard is super for quick playable mockups.
Retool is indispensable for operational dashboard tooling
Render does away with the need for db/sysadmins
There is no tool like Height that works as fluidly as it does. I use Height to manage projects of every kind - products, marketing, bizdev, HR, etc.
Asynchronous communication is important to keep work fluid as well (especially in a remote setup) - Loom is a great tool to whip together commentary on anything and pass it along to folks on your team. Two others I also use regularly are Tella and Veed.
Siter is a true WYSIWYG website creator - reminds me of Frontpage from the late 90s.
Replit is phenomenal in the same way Potion is to quickly spin up an IDE+hosting environment for quick coding projects.
Zapier is duct tape for the web and connects tools in ways
Hubspot is a solid CRM that is free. You can connect Hubspot to Airtable via Zapier
Archbee is great for product documentation and functions a lot like Notion.
Unified customer service is important - we use Crisp to accomplish this.
Potion powers this website and is run on Notion. Simply create a page in Notion, make it public and then connect Potion to it.
